Precautions when using contact IC credit cards
If a customer forgets his/her PIN, he/she is required to contact the credit card company that issued the card to obtain the PIN. The PIN will be mailed to the customer at a later date.
We would like to request that customers who have forgotten their PIN be informed of the fact that “PIN is required for payment by credit card” during the preparation period before the end of March 2025, the deadline for the discontinuation of this service, and that customers who have forgotten their PIN complete the procedures beforehand.
